At the beginning of the coaching process. we perform a detailed bottleneck analysis to identify the underlying blockage. The bottleneck is this one factor that leads to a variety of challenges in your day-to-day life. Many coaches only focus on the superficial challenges instead of the underlying issue.
Once we identify and solve this underlying blockage, most of the other challenges solve themselves. The bottleneck analysis helps us identify the biggest lever for improvement and sustainable change - and it keeps us from wasting time focusing on symptoms. At the same time, it provides us with maximum transparency and measurability.

Absolutely! Stress as well as emotion management is a skill that can be trained. I am living proof! I used to be known as a hot-head, especially when I played ice-hockey. You just need to be curious and willing to actually make a change in your life. If you don’t change anything, the results will stay the same.
